Siloam Springs, AR:  The Online Market is Open!

We are so excited to see you this Saturday at the promenade! Come by Saturday between 8am-12pm to see what all of our vendors have been preparing for you. Online market is still available as well. Check out Payne Family Farm for fresh eggs and pecans! You can order from now until Thursday at 5pm, with pick up happening at the concession stand next to the promenade on Saturday morning. We look forward to seeing you.

Martin's Farmstand:  Abundant asparagus

It is springtime on the farm. The asparagus is abundant with this lovely warm weather. We have lots of spinach for the moment. The strawberries are nearing full bloom. There was a bit of worry if the cold snap in late April hurt the buds that were already swelling from the warm March weather- I am happy to see lovely bright healthy looking flowers. I do not see any damage. Some of the apples had some damage and it will still be a few more days before we can see how good the apple fruit set will be. In general our days right now are full of lots of planting.
We are in a transition period for the farm. Matthew and Desiree Greenwood are in the process of buying this operation. You are likely to see them at the market. I am teaching them lots of what I know so they can carry on in the future. I (Daniel) along with my family are remaining as part of the team here for an indefinite time so you will also see us around. I will be filling in anywhere as needed, however I will be mostly focused of the gardens and production side of the business. You should see less of me in the back office. I enjoy being out weeding carrots, picking beans or putting seeds in the ground much more than paperwork. With more energy and new blood in the mix there’s so much potential. Martins Farmstand was being held back because we were tired. I am excited to see what the future holds.
Yes, we are planting various flowers and will be offering free u-cut flowers as they come into season just as we have been in the past. Daniel

Cumberland County, TN:  Hello from CSFM

Hope everyone has enjoyed a sunny day! I was in the garden all day and making another garden space for extra plants. One of our growers had a bad hailstorm last night and lost a lot of things that were ready, but he will recover. At his point it is still early but when things get going, we will have a lot!
The market is open.
Have a blessed week!

2024 FAYETTEVILLE DELIVERY SERVICE

In the past, our nonprofit partner Seeds that Feed graciously delivered online market orders to Fayetteville addresses. However, their funds for this service have run out. Therefore we added delivery service as an item, to help their volunteers cover the expenses of delivery to Fayetteville addresses.

Delivery will still be FREE for the following Fayetteville customers:
-SNAP customers
-customers 70 or older
-customers who are not able to drive to pickup location on Thursday
—customers who already donate each time they receive a delivery

If you are a customer in any of the above categories, please put “Free Delivery” in the comments as you finish ordering.

NOTE: DELIVERY ORDERS (PAID AND FREE) MUST FORWARD THE ORDER EMAIL TO delivery@seedsfeed.org AFTER YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETE. That insures that you are on the delivery list. Thank you.

If you request delivery and you are not in the above categories, please choose delivery service as one of your items when you order. You can find this item under Delivery and the cost will be no more than $7 for each delivery date. This service will be charged to your order. We make sure that Seeds that Feed receives all of those fees.

INFO YOU ALREADY KNOW IF YOU HAVE ORDERED BEFORE:

DRIVEBY PICKUP TIME AT THE LIBRARY OUTDOOR PARKING LOT is THURSDAY afternoon from 4:30-5:30. Note: if you already know that you cannot make it by 5:30 pm Thursday and you want to order this week, just reply to this email or text 479-935-5111 and we will work with you on a plan.

SEARCHING TIP: On large categories such as baked goods or meats click on the category to get a drop down of specific items in that category.

HOW TO CHECK ITEMS FROM A PARTICULAR SELLER: Scroll down on left side until you see “show specific growers”. If all the boxes are checked, you can click on “reverse all” then click the boxes on or off of those sellers you want to see. Then click “show specific growers” again.

BUYING TIP: If you see items that you want but not much available, order and pay and then log back in and continue shopping. Your orders will be combined and you will only be charged once.

SNAP CUSTOMERS ONLY: you may choose pay at pickup and bring your EBT card on Thursday. We will swipe your card and match up to $100 of your order. NOTE: please do not bring tokens or match cards to pickup at the online market.

NOTE: New customers and new orders always welcome—no minimum order required, no weekly order required.

TIPS:

1) Sellers sometimes add more products later in the ordering period, so be sure to check back. The product list changes each week, even from the same seller, so it’s worth exploring the categories you are interested in.

2) Multiple orders from you at different times will be automatically combined into one order before pickup and you will only be charged once.

PICKUP LOCATION:
The OUTDOOR parking area at the south end of the new part of the Fayetteville Public Library. Follow the line of cars towards the building and stay in your car in line while we get your order.

Thank you for your continued support of the online market.

Foothills Market:  The Market is Open!

At Foothills Market, we are seasonally-based. This means products are available on the market when they are in season, but once the season for a certain product is past, that product will disappear from the market. For example, the hot weather is hard on garden peas, and they will soon be out of season and off the market. However, the joy of seasonal produce means there will be something to replace them – we have new potatoes and onions this week!

Shop the market between now and 5:00 p.m. Wednesday to get your fresh, in-season vegetables, as well as beef, jams, or baked goodies. We’ll have your order ready for pickup on Thursday afternoon.

Eat something fresh this week – while it’s in season!

Russellville Community Market:  5/19/24 closing

To ensure your order is placed, make sure you click the “Place My Order” button once you have completed your shopping. You will receive a confirmation email.

Be sure to visit with our amazing vendors when you pick up your order from 4-7 PM on Tuesday at the Central Presbyterian Church!

Let’s celebrate local foods this week! Remember to come to the Central Presbyterian Church to pick up your online orders this week and visit our open house! Let us bring you the convenience of online ordering and easy pick-up along with a couple of special opportunities a year to see our vendors in-person like a traditional Farmer’s market! We hope it’s the best of both worlds. Come by on Tuesday and bring some friends! We would love to help you create a new customer account or talk about our participation in the SNAP and Double up Food Bucks programs! Shop until 10 PM tonight for fresh eggs, locally raised meats, tons of sweets, breads, candies and amazing baked goods as well as handmade Father’s Day cards, fresh herbs and spices, mushrooms, handmade pasta, jams and jellies, local honey, handcrafted items and so much more! Besides meeting some of our growers and makers in person this Tuesday you can sample some of their items and maybe you will find a new favorite treat! Enjoy some great food at Taste of The Valley and come by the Central Presbyterian Church to get some local goodies to take home with you!
Don’t forget to follow us on Facebook and Instagram!

RCM accepts cash, checks, credit and debit cards and SNAP/EBT transactions.

Check back frequently as our farmers regularly update what they have available. Multiple orders are encouraged. :)
