Sweet and Sour String Beans

Serves: Serves 4-6
Vegan!

Ingredients
500 g String beans
2 tbsp fresh chopped garlic
2 tropeana onions, sliced
2 tbsp honey
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Heat sautee pan with the oil on medium high heat. Sautee onions until they begin to soften. Add in garlic and sautee for about 60 seconds. Then add the beans, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper and cook until the beans are tender.
