Honey-Thyme Butternut Squash

Vegetarian!

Ingredients
1 Butternut squash (peeled and cubed)
1/4 cup Butter (cubed)
3 tablespoons Half and half cream
2 tablespoons Honey
2 teaspoons Dried parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Dried thyme (homemade or store bought)
1/8 teaspoon Pepper

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Bring 1 inch of water to a boil in a saucepan, then add the squash and let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Drain the squash, then mash it together with the other ingredients.
