Cattle Tracks Organic Roast in a Slow-Cooker / Crock-Pot

Ingredients
1 3 lb Cattle Tracks Organic Roast
sprinkle Sea Salt
as needed Beef Boullion
1/2 cup Fruit Wine (blackberry is our favorite)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Place roast in crock-pot
  2. Sprinkle with sea salt
  3. Cover roast with beef bouillon
  4. Add fruit wine
  5. Simmer on lowest setting for 6 hours 8 hours if starting frozen).
  6. Retain liquid for gravy
