Braised Ham Hocks

Ingredients
4-6 Ham hocks
2 tablespoons Olive oil
3 cups Vegetable broth

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Fry the hocks in an oven-safe skillet or braising pan with the oil until brown & crispy on the outside.
  2. Add the vegetable broth to the pan, then remove the pan from the stove, cover it with a lid, and put it into the oven.
  3. Cook for 2 to 3 hours in the oven until the hocks are tender enough to tear with a fork, then remove & serve.
