Ingredients
1 box Brownie mix (pmixed as directed, but not yet cooked)
4 tablespoons Unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
1 large Egg
1/4 cup Honey
1/4 cup Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 cups Pecan halves (toasted and chopped)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 and spray an 8 inch baking pan with nonstick spray. Pour the brownie mix into the baking pan and bake for 15 to 17 minutes.
  2. While the brownies cook, whisk the melted butter, egg, honey sugar, vanilla extract and salt together. Once the mixture is well combined, stir in the pecans
  3. Remove the brownies from the oven and once they have cooled slightly, pour the pecan topping over the top of them. Return the brownies to the oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes (less if you prefer your brownies less firm)
  4. Once the brownies have cooled, slice them.
